Family disputes touch the most private parts of a client's life. The Chamber approaches every matrimonial, custody, maintenance or succession matter with restraint, empathy and strict confidentiality — while remaining firmly committed to the client's legal interests.
Our family practice includes divorce and judicial separation under the Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act, Indian Divorce Act and personal laws; child custody and guardianship petitions; maintenance under Section 125 CrPC / BNSS and the DV Act; and mediation-led resolutions where the interests of the parties (and the children) are better served outside court.
In succession, we handle probate, letters of administration, succession certificates, family settlements and testamentary disputes. Where litigation is unavoidable we prosecute it firmly; where a mediated settlement is sounder, we say so.
